No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services (including website development, brand building, ebooks, and logo design), all sales are final. Once a project has commenced or a digital product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Service Commencement
A project is considered 'commenced' once the initial deposit or full payment is received and the discovery or design phase has begun. For digital products like ebooks, the sale is final once the download link has been provided or the file has been sent via email.
Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a service-based project before any work has started. In such cases, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees. Once work has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
Client Satisfaction
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. Our service packages typically include a specific number of revision rounds (as outlined in your service agreement) to ensure the final delivery meets your expectations.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are made only in the case of accidental duplicate payments. In such instances, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Currency & Exchange Rates
All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars). For clients paying from India, the transaction will be processed in the equivalent INR (Indian Rupee) amount based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
