Digital Delivery Policy

All services and products offered by Avelune are digital in nature. We do not ship physical goods. Our services, including website development, brand identity, and design assets, are delivered electronically through email, cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), or direct file transfers.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the service or project scope. For digital products like ebooks, delivery is typically instantaneous or within 24 hours of payment via a download link. For service-based projects like logo design or web development, delivery dates are established in the project's specific service agreement.

How You Receive Your Order

Once a service or product is ready for delivery, you will receive an email containing the necessary files or a link to access the project assets. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at the time of purchase or project commencement.

Access & Storage

Clients are encouraged to download and back up their digital files immediately upon receipt. While we maintain project archives for a limited time, we cannot guarantee permanent storage of your digital assets after the project is completed and delivered.

No Shipping Charges

Since all our products and services are digital and delivered electronically, there are no shipping charges, handling fees, or physical logistics involved in our fulfillment process.
